At Azuca Patisserie we believe in a harmonious balance between flavors and the artistry of the cake.  Our cakes and pastries are made only with the finest and freshest ingredients.  Ruth’s creations are a fusion of Caribbean and French flavors, yet we are happy to accommodate the needs of the Bride and Groom.

We recommend scheduling a tasting and consultation as far in advance as possible to secure the date of the event. Consultations are by appointment only.  It is helpful to be prepared with details of your event, such as pictures, color scheme, florals and design elements of the wedding gown etc..

The cost of a wedding cake is dependent on the number of guest, and the intricacy of the cake design.  For example, handcrafted sugar flowers, leaves, ribbons, sculpted figures etc.

We deliver our cakes to New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.  Delivery charge is based on location of the event.
